Lebanon Breakfast Rotary Club’s Generous Contribution to Sherry’s Hope

Sherry’s Hope attended the Lebanon Breakfast Rotary Club meeting on September 5, 2024, and shared about the upcoming Sherry’s Run 5K Run/Walk event to benefit Sherry’s Hope. Sherry’s Hope was presented with a generous donation of $2500 during the meeting as sponsorship for Sherry’s Run. Sherry’s Hope Executive Board of Directors, Kevin Bass expressed, “Our community amazes us with the huge amount of support they show each year, and the Lebanon Breakfast Rotary is full of faithful supporters! We are so grateful for their generosity and are blessed to continue assisting families in Wilson County and surrounding communities with expenses caused by cancer.”

Sherry’s Hope is a Christian, non-profit organization that works throughout the year to provide hope to families who are in treatment or hospice care for a current cancer diagnosis in Wilson County and surrounding communities by offering emotional encouragement and financial assistance. In addition, Sherry’s Hope works to spread colon health awareness by distributing free colon cancer screening tests and providing colonoscopy assistance.

The 21st annual Sherry’s Run 5K Run/Walk will be held on September 14th, 2024 at 8 AM at 623 West Main St. in Lebanon.
