Will Sherry's Run be in person or vitrual this year?
Both!! We're so excited to be back in person for our 5K Run/Walk this year on Saturday, September 11, 2021!! We also understand that not everyone is able to be with us in person whether it is a conflict of work, travel, etc. or if some may still not feel comfortable being in a large crowd just yet. For that reason, we will still have our "Sleep In for Sherry's Run / Virtual Registration option so you can participate from any location! You can run, walk or jog in your neighborhood, at the park, on the trail, at the gym, on the treadmill, wherever you choose! Run or walk with your family, on your own or with some friends. It’s your own race, so you can run or walk at your own pace and time it yourself! Or if you want to participate by sleeping in or while you work or sip your morning coffee, that's great too!! Whatever you choose, your registration fee will help families who are fighting cancer. Event shirts for all Sleep In / Virtual registrations will be mailed within a few weeks after the 5K Run event date.

What if I don’t want to run, jog or walk. Am I still able to participate?
Yes, absolutely! You can participate without ever leaving your house! Simply sign up for our Virtual / Sleep In for Sherry's Run registration option. Virtual / Sleep In registration just means we will mail the shirt to you after the event date (September 11, 2021). You can support by running or walking in your neighborhood, area park, etc. or you can dream of running or walking or support as you sip your morning coffee from the comfort of your own living room. Every registration is appreciated and every registration fee helps families who are fighting cancer.
I don’t run or walk and I really don’t need another t-shirt, but I love that Sherry’s Hope helps so many people in the community. Can I just send you a donation?
Yes, we gratefully accept donations via regular mail and online donation.

How do I register?
Online registration opens June 15, 2021! Check back!
Stop by our office at 110 Babb Drive, Lebanon on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays from 10 am until 2 pm to fill out a paper registration form.
Print the paper registration form (click here) and mail it back to us along with your registration fee.
Stop by the event site (623 West Main Street, Lebanon) on September 9th and 10th from 11 am until 7 pm and September 11th from 6:30 am until 8 am to register in person.
How much is registration and what does it include?
Pre-Registered Registration Fees: June 15, 2021 - September 10, 2021
Participant (no timing chip) registration is $30. (includes event shirt while supplies last)
Chip Timed registration is $40. (includes performance style event shirt while supplies last)
Sleep In / Virtual registration is $35 (includes event shirt while supplies last / fee includes the cost to mail shirt after the event date)
Event Day Registration Fees: September 11, 2021

All registrations include an event t-shirt while supplies last. It is the same shirt for regular participant and sleep in registrations. Youth and adult sizes are available.
What is the difference between a participant registration and a sleep in registration?
Participant and Chip Timed registrations will pick up their event t-shirt at the event site. Sleep In / Virtual registrations will have their event t-shirt mailed to them after the event date (September 11, 2021).
Where and when do I pick up my event t-shirt?
Event t-shirts for all registered particpants may be picked up at the event site (the grass area next to 623 West Main Street, Lebanon). Look for the large white tent and Sherry’s Run signs. Pick up is Thursday, September 9 and Friday, September 10 from 11 am until 7 pm and Saturday, September 11 from 6:30am until 8 am.
Can someone else pick up my shirt for me?
Yes, they will either need a copy of your registration confirmation email (printed or electronic) or the exact name used for registration. We will check off names as event t-shirts are picked up.
How do I get one of those green bows I’ve seen around town?
Beginning Tuesday, June 15, 2021, green bows will be available at the Sherry’s Hope office at 110 Babb Drive, Lebanon on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays from 10 am until 2 pm. Suggested donation of $10 each.
I have other questions about the Sherry’s Run 5K Run/Walk to benefit Sherry's Hope. Who do I contact?
Is there a way to submit my time online?
Yes, you can upload your time. You just open your confirmation email that you received when you registered, click on “Manage Registration” and that will take you to a page with a button to click that says “Submit Virtual Results”. You can also click “I finished but I did not time my run.” Results are only accepted from 12:00 am, Saturday, September 11, 2021 to 11:59 pm, Saturday, September 11, 2021.
