The 23rd annual Sherry’s Run 5K Run/Walk will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026 and registration is now open. It is so much more than just an event, it’s a powerful way to extend a hand of hope to families in Wilson County, TN and surrounding areas who are facing cancer. At Sherry’s Hope, our mission is to be a bridge from struggle to strength for local families, and that mission is only possible because of God’s blessings and the unwavering support of people like you.

When you register, your fee goes directly toward helping your neighbors. Whether you run, walk, or even choose to sleep in, your participation gives hope to those who need it most. You can truly make a difference just by registering!

Here are a few ways you can be a part of giving HOPE:

1. Register TODAY: visit www.sherrysrun.org, click on the ‘Register’ button at the top of the page to register online. You may also print a registration form from our website. The Sleep-In Registration option is perfect for those who can’t or don’t want to get out early on a Saturday morning. This is a great way to be involved in giving hope without ever leaving home.
2. Form a Team: go to www.sherrysrun.org, click on ‘5K Run/Walk’, then click on ‘Teams’ or email teams@sherrysrun.org for more information.
3. Invite Others: You can invite others to register and run/walk alongside you or you can even join a team and give more hope!
4. Fundraise: Many teams and individuals find ways to make an even greater impact through bake sales, spirit nights, car washes, etc.
5. ‘Paint Your Town Green’: Join us as we raise awareness by displaying Green Bows on your house, mailbox, car, business or church.  They will be available beginning July 14^th. (Visit www.sherrysrun.org, click on the ‘5K Run/Walk’, then click on ‘Paint Your Town Green’ to get more information)

Sherry’s Hope is a Christian, non-profit organization that works throughout the year to provide hope to families battling cancer in Wilson County and surrounding communities by offering emotional encouragement and financial assistance.
