Save The Date: 21st Annual Sherry’s Run 5K Run/Walk to benefit Sherry’s Hope

Giving hope can look different to everyone. Maybe to some, it is sending an uplifting text. To others, it might be bringing dinner to a sick neighbor. Whatever the case may be, seeing rays of encouragement during hard times helps each of us keep pressing on. Sherry’s Run 5K Run/Walk gives hope and there are so many ways to be a part of it. Sherry’s Run 5K Run/Walk will take place on Saturday, September 14th, 2024 at 8AM! The first step to being a part of this incredible event is to mark your calendar! It truly is so much more than just a morning of exercise. Because people like you participate in Sherry’s Run and care enough to be a part of something bigger than yourself, families who are seeking treatment or are on hospice care for a current cancer diagnosis in Wilson County (TN) and surrounding areas do not have to worry about how their medical bills will be paid, if their lights or water will remain on, or if they will have enough food to eat. We are so grateful for the support from our community year after year. Make plans to come and be a part of this amazing morning that helps families in our community all throughout the year!

Sherry’s Hope is a non-profit, Christian organization that offers financial assistance, spiritual and emotional support to families in Wilson County and surrounding communities who are seeking treatment for a current cancer diagnosis. Through tremendous community support, Sherry’s Hope assists those facing the fight against cancer through a monthly support group, assistance with utilities, housing, prescriptions, medical bills, gas and groceries; and colonoscopy assistance.
