2023 Sherry’s Run 5K… 20 Years of Sharing Hope
Over 3000 participants and volunteers gathered to take part in the 20th Annual Sherry’s Run 5K Run/Walk to benefit Sherry’s Hope.
The Sherry’s Run 5K Run/Walk is the largest fundraiser of the year for the Sherry’s Hope organization. Because of the success of this year’s event, dozens of families can be assisted. The tremendous support of the community allows the Sherry’s Hope organization to provide financial assistance, spiritual and emotional support for families in Wilson County and surrounding communities who are battling a cancer diagnosis.
The 2023 Sherry’s Run 5K was in honor of Jayden Bailey.
The 2023 Sherry’s Run 5K was in memory of Josh Dillard and Dallus Whitfield.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the Sherry’s Run 5K Run/Walk! There were 119 teams who participated. The following teams received awards:

Sherry’s Hope is a Christian, non-profit organization that works throughout the year to provide hope to families battling cancer in Wilson County and surrounding communities by offering emotional encouragement and financial assistance. In addition, Sherry’s Hope works to spread colon health awareness by distributing free colon cancer screening tests and providing colonoscopy assistance.
