The Blues Brokers Live Concert – $2,000 value

The soon to be world famous “Blues Brokers” will perform a live concert for you and your friends anywhere in Wilson County.  Concert must be used by August 2012.  Dinner for 30 will be donated by Whitt’s Barbecue.

7 night stay at Playa Grande Resort in Cabo San Lucas – $3,500 value

Your stay will be the week of July 8-15, 2012 in a 2 bedroom, 3 bath unit.  This unit contains over 1500 sq. ft., will sleep up to 6; large balcony, living area, dining area and kitchen.  The Resort has an all-inclusive dinner option which may be purchased upon arrival (the all-inclusive dinner option is not mandatory).

The airport is San Jose del Cabo (SJD) and the Resort is 45 minutes from the airport.  Arranging transportation prior to departing is much more budget friendly and the resort is walking distance to numerous restaurants if you do not want to rent a car.  Airfare not included.

World Class Fishing in Alaska – $5,000 plus value

A Sherry’s Run Board Member will host a fishing adventure in Alaska. This trip is organized by John Hunn, minister of Immanuel Baptist.  John spent 7 years in Alaska prior to moving to Lebanon.  This auction will take four men on a world class trip of a lifetime.  The trip will include fishing, riding in a floatplane and an extreme four wheeling trip thru the Alaska Tundra.  This trip will last 4 or 5 days.  This trip will take place the week of July 22, 2012.  The group from 2011 spent time fishing Ship Creek in Anchorage and Clear Creek in Talkeetna.  Talkeetna is nestled at the base of Denali (Mount McKinley), North America’s tallest peak.  Other fishing options could include the Kenai River on the Kenai Peninsula or the Little Susitna River.  You will see all type of wildlife which could include moose, bear, eagles, mountain sheep and much more.  Other attractions include visiting a salmon hatchery and the Alaska Zoo.  This is a once in a lifetime adventure for you and three additional friends.  Airfare (approx $650), fishing licenses (approx $75) and food/gas not included.
